Jeff Galloway created this training program specifically to help runners of all fitness levels, ages, and paces complete a 5K or 10K without injury. We’re a group fitness program with experienced coaches.
Train with us using Jeff Galloway’s highly successful Run-Walk-Run method: run for a short segment, take a walk break, repeat. Each participant is provided with a customized training plan for your fitness level and distance goals.
You’ll be grouped with other Tulsa Galloway runners at similar fitness levels for a group running experience that provides support, encouragement, and accountability to help you achieve your fitness goals injury-free.
