Run-Walk-Run with a friendly, consistent group! Galloway pacing will guide you to the finish using Jeff Galloway’s proven Run-Walk-Run method. Join us to improve your time or just complete the race. We will take care of the interval and pace for each run and walk segment – all you have to do is following along and have fun.

The Tulsa Galloway Training Program offers both morning and evening coached training opportunities each week. However, all that is necessary to train for any distance is just three (3) runs per week: two 30-45 minute runs during the week and a longer run on Saturday.

Monday – 30-45 minutes + Drills
5:30 a.m. @ Ronald McDonald House (6102 S Hudson Ave)
6:00 p.m. @ Gathering Place (2650 S John Williams Way, Boathouse)

Tuesday – 30-45 minutes + Drills
5:30 a.m. @ 96th & Riverside (Jenks side of bridge)
6:00 p.m. @ Tulsa Runner (9708 Riverside Pkwy)

Wednesday – 30-45 minutes + Hill Training
5:30 a.m. @ Ronald McDonald House (6102 S Hudson Ave)
6:00 p.m. @ Blue Rose (1924 Riverside Dr)

Thursday – 30-45 minutes + Hill Training
5:30 a.m. @ Kirk of the Hills (4102 E. 61st, South lot)
6:00 p.m. @ Kirk of the Hills (4102 E. 61st, South lot)

Friday – Rest Day
Today is about recovering from the week behind you and preparing for a harder workout tomorrow. Try to relax, eat well, and get plenty of sleep tonight.
