Run-Walk-Run & Walking Groups

Tulsa Galloway is the perfect place to start your journey to a healthier, happier self. Our Run-Walk-Run and Walking groups are designed for all abilities, ages, paces, and distances (5K, 10K, 15K, Half Marathon, Marathon, Ultra, Triathlon). We are a part of the worldwide Jeff Galloway Training Programs, and the only official Jeff Galloway Training Program in Oklahoma, so you can be sure you’re getting the best possible instruction and support.

Your fitness journey is one-of-a-kind, and so is our training program. We’ll work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your needs and helps you reach your goals. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to take your fitness to the next level, Tulsa Galloway is here for you every step of the way.

Our group includes runners and non-runners of all levels. Whether you’re training for a race or just trying to get fit, we have something for everyone.

Running and walking are activities we’re passionate about. They’re activities almost everyone can do, and they can have a big impact on our lives. Jeff Galloway‘s mission is to help people enhance their lives through running and walking. Tulsa Galloway strives to create a group training atmosphere that is fit, fun, and friendly.

We’re not like other running or walking programs. Tulsa Galloway offers year-round group training that will keep you fit all year long! We believe that fitness is part of an overall healthy lifestyle, and not just something you do occasionally when you’re focused on a specific end result. With our program, you’ll stay in shape and live your best life!

We are Affordable.

Our affordable, quality training program is a great value! You’ll get six months of training for just $95 as a New Member or $75 as an Alumni. Register now and join our successful worldwide training program!

We are Flexible.

We’re flexible and offer multiple weekly training opportunities to choose from, both morning and evening. Simply find a time and location that works best with your schedule. Tulsa Galloway offers coached training opportunities both morning and evening Monday thru Thursday, as well as a longer run/walk on Saturday morning. With locations in Tulsa, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso, and Bartlesville, it’s easy to find a place to workout that’s close to you. And our smaller group sizes allow for social distancing so you can stay safe while getting active.

We are Customized.

At Tulsa Galloway, we believe that every runner and walker is unique. That’s why we offer a customized training program that is tailored to your individual fitness level and goals. Whether you’re aiming for a 5K or a marathon, our program will help you get there – at your own pace.
